        This is the second car I’ve purchased from Bespoke Motor Works and their customer service is exemplary. Their selection of vehicles are all immaculately prepared and you are treated by all of their staff as a valued customer. Jake made the whole process of the purchase seamless with no hassle at all and always made sure that I was sure that the deal was right for me. Chris heads up a great service department and again ensures that everything runs smoothly making sure that your vehicle is returned to you as quickly as possible and at a very competitive price for all work carried out.
        I have had many cars from several major dealerships over the years and have never received service like that provided provided by Bespoke and they will always be my first choice for future vehicles, I can’t rate them highly enough and would highly recommend them for your next purchase.

            I recently bought a 21 plate GR Yaris from Chris at Bespoke Motors. Chris was very easy to deal with and kept in good communication with me during the process of negotiating and arranging test drives etc. He was also very accommodating as I requested confirmation that the car was clear of any stocking loans and he sent me confirmation and cleared the loan before I picked the car up giving me peace of mind.
            The car was immaculate when I came to pick it up. I have no complaints and I would recommend Bespoke Motors to anyone.

                    Great customer service from Dan himself over the preceding week with discussions about how I wanted different colour/coated wheels on the car.
                    Lovely touch with a couple of extras before leaving.

                        My experience with Bespoke has been outstanding from the moment I first enquired about the vehicle. I came across the car online and, after a few initial conversations with Dan and Jake, the process couldn’t have been easier. Their professionalism, knowledge, and no-pressure approach made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable.

                        Having purchased several vehicles over the years, I usually approach these transactions with a degree of scepticism, however Dan and Jake really put my mind at ease. The team at Bespoke delivered a level of service that exceeded expectations. The car was immaculately prepared, and the collection process was seamless and genuinely memorable, reflecting the premium nature of the vehicle itself.

                        Admittedly there is an issue with the car, having being alerted with an amber warning on the vehicle. But after promptly contacting them and liaising with the after sales manager, they’ve been on the front foot with assisting me to get it sorted. Hopefully this issue will be resolved within the next week.
                        It isn’t ideal but I can’t blame them for this, and the reaction has been helpful and positive.

                                    The service and the reps are great. A little not baby friendly as office is on 1st floor and there is no lift. So a little hard to carry baby along. But other than that the waiting room is very much child friendly. The cars are great. The dealers are great. Everything smoothly. I picked my car within 2 days. Could have been even more earlier but I was a little lazy.

                                                                                  Recent bought a Ford Ranger from these guys, the whole experience was such relief!! No stress no pressure whatever compared to other places I had been look over the last few months.

                                                                                  Had shown interest online a later on that day I got a phone call from Jake, explained my situation with wanting to part ex a car and what I was interested in getting. Later the same day he got back in-touch with a price which was happy with.

                                                                                  I arranged a test drive, when I got there I seen Jake, he took me down to the truck a left me to it to have a look round a then took it out for a drive.
                                                                                  Was no pressure when I got back to buy the vehicle there an then, he went through the details an left it with me if I wanted to take it further.

                                                                                  4 day later I picked the truck up, quick and easy and very happy ! Will definitely use these guys again when the time comes to change.

                                                                                    I’ve taken delivery of countless cars over the years and can honestly say that from he first phone call these guys are really top notch. The way they talk about their products, the way they prepare them for sale, and the whole process of purchasing all done professionally and thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone - I dealt with Jake all the way through, he collected me from the train station and took me to the car (which I’m super-happy with).

                                                                                      In December 2024, I contacted Bespoke Motors with my specific requirements for the car that I desired.
                                                                                      I detailed the car make, model & top of the range specification.
                                                                                      I required only low mileage, less than 12 months old, within an agreed budget and a preferred colour.
                                                                                      During December, I was helpfully contacted by Bespoke Motors with suggestions of quality alternatives but, though tempted, held out with fingers crossed 🤞for my original choice.
                                                                                      Throughout January, Dan reassured me of his continuous search efforts and in early February advised me of a find that quite amazingly, ticked all boxes. He had found the exact car and spec, including colour and within budget.
                                                                                      On agreeing the purchase, Bespoke Motors completed all the required paperwork, road tax etc, including the purchase and transfer of a cherished registration plate.
                                                                                      Collection and handover of my new car from Bespoke Motors was understandably an exciting occasion and they helped make it very special, very personal to me and made me feel indeed, a very valued customer.
                                                                                      I am most impressed and very thankful for all they did to deliver me the car I desired.
                                                                                      I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bespoke Motors and they will be my first point of contact when I consider my next change of wheels.

He managed to sort my trade in for me with ease to upgrade to a fantastic car . I’m so pleased I found bespoke on the website so would recommend anyone who’s looking for there next car to buy from bespoke . They’re all a great bunch of guys that work there , your made to feel so welcome once you walk through there door and they accommodate your needs fully . There’s no bully sales tactics just an honest service of care giving to all customers.
