First class service from all at KPG whilst visiting to purchase my new car!
Ross Funston was a pleasure to deal with from original phone-call, site visit to choose my car and finally collecting my car yesterday which was presented immaculately!
This is my second purchase from KPG and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade to a superior car.

Picked up our new car last sat, Ross took care of everything from the day i went to see & test drive it till the handover which could now have been any easier. I had a couple of papers to sign then I was on my way.

Above and beyond.
If I could give 10 stars I would from start to end I can thank Ross and the team enough for a smooth and effortless experience. Ross was outstanding, well mannered down to earth and communication throughout was great keep up the great work and never change. If only all car sales garages well like this. Impulsive car purchase - excellent service
Can’t speak highly enough of Ross in garage. Excellent support, service and follow up on what can only be described as my dream car.

Best car buying experience
I was after a specific vehicle and found it at Kaim Park. I was a bit unsure at first as we live 235miles away. However I decided to contact them and I have to say with out hesitation that the purchase of my new car has been nothing short of exceptional. From the first telephone call with Alan to collecting the car the service has been fantastic. Alan was brilliant, no hard sell, information given when asked for, a video of the car, we couldn’t have asked for more. Alan even picked us up from the train station after a 3 & half hour journey. Everything was explained, the paperwork was done and 2 hours after arriving in Edinburgh we were on our way back home. The car is perfect and just as Alan described. I can’t rate Kaim Park Garage highly enough and Alan has been brilliant and the best person we’ve ever dealt with when buying a new/second hand car.

Excellent service and top class stock
Excellent service from the two Ross’s — friendly, down to earth, and honest from the start. There was no hard sell or pushy tactics at all, which made the whole experience really comfortable. All the stock looks to be great quality as well, with everything standing out. I know people who are repeat customers, and I can fully see why. I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time for a change again.

Excellent first and friendly communication from Ross when I initially enquired about car. Viewed car when being valeted and crazy the amount of valeting carried out ! Slight delay in organising transaction cash which was handled professionally. Sale went through in no time in a very proficient manner. Everything from road tax, new registration carried out seamlessly by Ross who kindly ran through the cock pit. Thoroughly pleasant all round experience and huge thanks to Ross. If you’re looking for a class car don’t pass this place by.

Can’t fault the staff at Kaim Park Garage whatsoever. From start to finish, the experience was a pleasure (well, until the part where I had to part with the money)
Car was as described and they gave a competitive trade in price for my own vehicle, no hard sell and helped with the documentation side of things.

Hi I viewed the car on line and telephoned Ross for more info which he gave me, I then made appointment to view the car as I live 2hrs away from garage and Ross met me, showed me around the car and I took it for a test drive on return I agreed to buy the car and arranged a pick up date. Today Ross was on hand to go over paperwork and said if I have any questions just yo call him. From start to finish my experience was brilliant and I would recommend Kaim park garage to others. Been to the garage a few times to look at cars and always been very helpful. This time we bought a car from them and was very happy with the service and helpfulness of the staff. I had a fantastic experience with Kaim Park, it was such a smooth process from start to finish and Ross the sales manager was amazing to deal with. He kept me fully up to date with the process until my car was ready for collection, and very supportive on the collection day. Kaim Park also have one of the best selection of vehicles to choose from, I would seriously recommend using them to purchase your next vehicle!

We mainly dealt with Ross from the sales team really nice guy very knowledgeable and friendly, we spoke to some of the other staff during our visit and everyone was happy to chat and made you feel comfortable ,a small family type business that go that bit extra for the customers

Very happy with the service
I travelled over 400 miles to view the vehicle that was advertised on Autotrader. The car actually exceeded my expectations by some margin. I gave a deposit there and then. Alan is a great guy and a real pleasure to deal with. He goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer comes first. The delivery of the vehicle was well drilled and faultless. A very happy customer, and a firm I would recommend to anyone

Great Experience

Great customer service experience
This is the second time I've bought a car from Kaim Park and I haven't been disappointed on either location. The staff are extremely helpful and don't try to pressure you with any sales talk etc.
You're given as much time as needed to make up your mind on a purchase and after sales is superb too.
They even agreed to deliver my car when I explained that transport to the garage was difficult! Very helpful & professional customer service.
