          Choose my car through Autotrader. ZUTO contact me and showed a few options, I picked the car o wanted from Parkhill car centre. When everything went through. I went to pick the car up. Simon offered to pick us up from the train station and bring us to the car centre. Simon was very helpful. Drove away happy 👍

              Fantastic from start to finish.
              Nothing was too much trouble. I saw the car I wanted and spoke with the staff . The manager Paul left myself and partner to sit and look over the car. We went back a few days later to make my new car purchase.
              Everything was explained to us about the purchase . I had quite a few questions which were all answered. Basically, the journey from seeing the car to buying it was very simple as the staff could not do enough.
              I would buy from here again and I highly recommend Park Hills Garage.

                      I can’t recommend Parkhills highly enough. They truly went above and beyond to get me approved for my new Audi, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. Paul Tomlinson was absolutely fantastic — from the very first phone call enquiring about the car right through to the finish line. He kept everything personal and transparent, even sending personalised videos of the car, which was a really nice touch. To top it off, he sorted out a window issue in literally five minutes! Amazing service all round. Thank you so much, Parkhills — and especially Paul.

                          I can’t recommend Paul at Parkhill Motors highly enough. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure I got my dream Audi. From personalised videos to daily phone calls keeping me updated and working hard to secure the deal, nothing was ever too much trouble.

                                    Simon gave us the time and space to examine options without either of us feeling pressurized that we had to make an immediate decision. He explained fully the AA review profile and the benefits of the 2 yr protection plan. He kept in touch as required and was prompt in keeping appointments and providing inf so 2 very satisfied customers with a well maintained low mileage car

                                                                  Had a nice experience buying a car from Parkhills - Car salesman Simon was very helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly. Although the car had just passed an in house MOT the front brakes were worn and started to make a grinding and squeaking noise only a couple of days after the vehicles purchase - however everything apart from this we really enjoy our new car and have had no other issues and the buying experience was overall a good and positive one. Thanks to Simon for help and guidance with the transaction.

A new thing is a video tour of the car I’d bought which they sent via email, really good to be able to see the car again prior to signing on the dotted line.

                                                                          I have recently purchased a car from Parkhills and from seeing a car online to completing the purchase , it was excellent , the morning after I had messaged about a car I saw on there website ,Simon emailed me back with a personalised video of the car , we proceeded to chat online and I arranged a test drive .Simon dealt with us from start to finish he sorted the park x out and test drive there was no rush or sales pressure we was just given the keys to have a good look at the car sit inside etc no hard sales or anything we agreed To purchase the car we paid just the deposit and everything was agreed when we can pick up etc cant fault the process , we was told about optional extras and bought the warranty for piece of mind again it wasn't hard sold we was given the info and rest was our decision .

This was truly good for me, itx always better when you set up a relationship With your initial sales contact, Paul dealt with all my questions and answered them great and sensitivity, the standard of other cars on the forecourt where's fantastic. It was like a new car showroom, I was very impressed, I would certainly recommend Parkhills to anyone as a first port of call. If you are even thinking about changing your car, give them a go.
